According to Wikipedia, television show is any content produced for
broadcast via over-the-air, satellite, cable, or internet and typically
viewed on a television set.
As the writer, I am addicted to Netflix. If this addiction can be
considered “illness”, I really have a big problem, but it is okay because I
have not got a problem with my addiction.
When I really like a series, I cannot stop watching until I finish it. I know,
it's excessive, but it is true, I am not the type of person who can watch
one chapter a day, I am the type of person who watch one season a day.
My problem is not that, my real problem is that when I have a lot of
things to do, is when I want to watch series. But, in summer, when I
do not have anything to do, I do nott want to watch series.
I am working in my little problem, I have more control and I am more
calm with series, so is it progress?
I think I'm being very dramatic, I am talking like I have a problem with
drugs or something.
I really enjoy watching series, it is one of my favourite things in the world.
I like police series, fantasy series and anime series.
In conclusion, tv shows is a good entertainment but we should watch
with moderation and not be obsessive like me and the writer.

SOCIAL MEDIA
Social media can be defined as websites and applications that enable users to create and
share content or to participate in social networking.
On one hand, social medias have made life easier for us in many ways. We can
communicate with other people so easy. Life with “Whatsapp” is easiest and practically
all people have this social media. Also,we can share profitable information with others, in
social networks you can learn a lot of interesting things. Thanks to social media you can
know breaking news quickly.
On the other hand, social sharing can be dangerous, I mean, exist a lot of
psycho people with social media and if you are not careful, any psychopath can have
your information and do wrong things with it. As well, if you are obsessed with social
networks, when you are with friends, you will never enjoy if you are constantly hanging on
taking photos to upload them to the networks, and it is very uncomfortable for your friends,
unless they are like you.
In my opinion, social media are good but if you are responsable to use them
properly, without excess.

ADVANTAGES AND DISADVANTAGES OF FOLLOWING A DIET
The term “diet” refers to the the kinds of food that a person, animal,
or community habitually eats. But, nowadays, people understand diet as a
restrictive diet to lose weight or whatever its purpose. I think that is better
to say “style of life” than “diet”.
Let's talk about diet in the sense of "restrictive
diet"
On the one hand, diet can help people to lose weight and be
more healthy. But, I have a small controversy with that because I know people
that eat very bad but they are skinny and they don't get fat because they have
a very fast metabolism. So, to be skinny is not always synonym of healthy.
The advantages of following a diet can be very good, like have
a healthy style of life, feel better with your body, be more
energetic, lowers cholesterol, you will reduce the risk of contracting heart
disease and and some scientific studies say it improves the sleep cycle.
On the other hand, following a diet has a lot of
disadvantages. There are a lot of people that follow restrictive diets and when
they get the result that they wanted, they come back to the bad habits and that is
because they are tired of follow a restrictive diet. Also, there are people who
are obsessed with diets and take it to extreme limits, and that it is very bad
and dangerous.
In conclusion, you have to know how to find a balance and not
fall into the temptation to follow strict diets because nothing in excess is
good.
I also want to add that comments like "you should
diet" will be left over, because anyone has asked for your opinion and the
other person has mirrors in his house, he doesn't need to be reminded.
WHAT SORT OF THINGS DO YOU LIKE DOING IN YOUR LEISURE TIME?
Leisure has often been defined as free time. It´s spent away from business, work, studies... Free time has the same importance than eating or sleeping.
I am a person who likes many things, so my leisure time is sacred and essential for me. My mood depends a lot on it. If I don´t do the things I like, I have bad mood. Even if I have many things to do, I have to make time.
I use my free time to read books, watch films, series and animes.
I usually read books of fantasy, mistery and poetry. There are times when I just feel like watching police series, others when I just want to watch, animal documentaries or even Turkish series. That´s why I said that I am a peson who likes many things.
In conclusion, it´s very important to have moments of relax to do what we like for the benefit of our mental health.
